First, can I not make non human rangers?
Secondly

Wtf is up with that level 102 kobold peasant topping the leaderboards??? I want him for a pet.

Ps. Bearded dwarf women are sexy. Too sexy.

Pps. I know you can make non human rangers coz i seen em on the leaderboards.. So why can i not with the right stats? Which may you remind me of? :(

Oh, hello everybody! Awesome to find some fellow minded oldschool crpg lovers still alive

In version 1.x, only Humans were allowed to be rangers. For version 2.x we have removed that restriction. Note that if you are using Android, we will be releasing version 2.1 within the next few days. If you are using iOS and would like to try a beta, email me at oubliette@gabysoft.com and I will set you up.

As for the Kobold Peasant, well that combination will be the easiest to level. Throw some good equipment on him and he would probably make a pretty decent fighter. I myself have built an entire party of Kobolds (2 Hirebrands, 3 Mages, 3 Priests and a Thief) and am trying to level them to the point where they can beat level 11.

I've found the easiest way to level higher level characters is to take them down to level 10 or 11 and go titan hunting. Once one is found let him kill you. My Elf sammies were still getting double levels each time this happened until the mid sixties or so (of course this tactic has caused me to have quite a few RIPed characters.)
