The game recently crashed when i lost my entire party. I was able to use a potral gem to relaod from my last point. However, when i close the app, everytning except the save portals dissappear. Evertime i reopen the app, the game stats, all revert to zero, all charactefs dissappear, and all of the game tutorials reset.

When i reload from a portal gem, everthing stick as long as the app stays open.

Is there a way to uninstall an reinstall without erasing my save portals?


On a minor note, when i paid for the full version, it did not overwrite the light version like it did on my apple devices. Also, in this full version, the spiral staircases are not visible from adjacent squares. When you step on a starcase square, everthing functions properly. They are just not visible until you step on them.

Just read your reply after I uninstalled and reinstalled. If I advance enough to the same situation where no information is saved, I'll send you an 'in game' message.

To clarify, as long as I keep the app open, everything is ok. I can temporarily change to another open app, and come back with no problem. If I close and reopen, all characters are wiped, the game stats on the opening page all revert to zero , and the tutorials restart as if I've never done anything. Interestingly enough, the portal gems are intact. But even if I use them, I have to keep the game open, or everything gets wipe, and have to revert to the last portal gem.
